Proliant DL180 G5 Server will not see SAS 146G drive

I have a new DL180 G5 here and a new SAS 146G dirve, actually I have 2 servers and 2 drives. These are just out of the box in the last couple weeks. I popped in the hard drives yesterday and got a light flicker when I powered on, then nothing.

I have tried everythign I can think of, but can not convince the server the drive is there. I am installing MS Server 2008 ultimately....

After a lot of searching I still haven't found anything that is helping me, maybe I'm totally missing something...
Anythoughts?
