I'm not usre if it is a jumper or switch. Just take a look at it and switch it to on or of or pin it to position d.

Server Maintenance and Service Guide is at
Page 121 shows the system board layout and jumper location. Page 122 shows the required jumper settings. Should be labeled on the system board.
