Proliant DL320 cannot reboot on Redhat Linux

Proliant DL320 cannot reboot on Redhat Linux

We are using Redhat Linux 7.3
We have a script that does a reboot everyday::
/sbin/reboot -d -i
but sometimes, not always, the server manages to shutdown but does not start up.

Does anyone have an idea why this is happening?
