Proliant DL360 Doesn't see harddisks

I've just put two 72gb U320 10k hard disks in my new proliant dl360 G4 but for some reason the server doesn't see the. The array configuration util says that there are no physical disks connected to the 6i controller. Any ideas?

Open top cover, pull the fan assembly, remove SCSI backplane and set it back make sure it locks tide enough.

Exactly as KOV says. We just bought 2 new DL360G4's and one of them had this issue. Just pull it out and re-seat it. We had a HP engineer come out to tell us that - how silly did we feel.

The problem has been fixed. Thanks. I also spoke a support tech and he told me that this is a know issue with the G4 series.

Push down the connector behind the hard disk. Not the one with the flat cable but the one behind it on the main system board.
