Proliant DL360 G1 NIC issue
I have an old DL360 Gen 1 that I am restoring for personal use. The issue I am having now is that the 2 onboard NICs cannot start for whatever reason. Cannot update or install new drivers that are desgined for the hardware. Possiable firmware issue but cannot update firmware because the system cannot identify it when it gose to update certian compoents. I ran a scan and they came up as intel baised
but even the intel drives I downloaded for it did not pick it up as such. Perhaps someone has some thought on this. Current OS is Server 2003 Standard.

Re: Proliant DL360 G1 NIC issue
Hello,
First thing I would suggest is to boot the server from a compatible SmartStart Server & run a FULL offline diagnostics.
See if it pulls out any information on NIC.
Regards.
