Proliant DL360 G3- Fan noise

I have installed all Microsoft updates and service packs and I installed all updated drivers without results. The fans will run normally for awhile then go on high for days on end. Rebooting only fixes it for awhile.CPU usage is normal, heavy loads on cpu are not causing this. Is this a known issue?

hi,

check the bios levels? this was addressed with a bios update
