Proliant DL360 G3 failed mirror

I have a DL360 G3 with a failed mirror. Ususally i just replace the bad drive and it rebuilds it. However this time, whenever i insert the new drive the server hangs totally and i have to restart it using the power button.

Anyone have any ideas?

would you mind run an array diagnostics utility report (ADU) so We can take a look of it

Already done that, had a look at it but couldnt find anything strange except that the mirror is broken. Maybe you will find something else.

after that try to rebuild the HDD again

I was going to try run the firmware CD later this night actually.
