Proliant DL360 G4.
Guys we're getting this error in the IML logs... We logged it with HP and sent a new fan which we duly fitted, but still getting these repeated errors in the IML logs.. Any thoughts much appreciated.
- Fan Failure (Fan 2, Location System)
- System Fans Not Redundant (Location System)
Repeated every 30 seconds or so...

Also, the ilo controller drivers, as per this advisory:

Re: Proliant DL360 G4.
And did you try setting the error to "repaired"?
If firmware doesnot help, you will have to call HP Support again for a new board.

Re: Proliant DL360 G4.
Hi, are the IML errors still reporting the fault with Fan 2? If so, after updating the system ROM, swap the fans between slot 2 & other slot. See if the error still persists on slot 2. If it does, it could very well be a fan slot problem.
If not, may be bad luck & you received a DOA fan.
