My Computer->Properties, then can see that 3,25 GB of RAM on the server. But on reboot, BIOS show 4 GB of RAM. Why it is? HP Insight Diagnostics Online Edition for Windows also show 4GB.

Than reboot the server, windows musr detect 4 GB RAM.
But before reboot check the free space of C and be sure it has avail free space for memory page file.
