Proliant DL360e Gen8
Dear all,
a customer is reporting the Proliant DL360e Gen8 installed at the office, is experiencing high fan speed rotation, without a specific reason (CPU utilization is low, and room's temperature under control). Probably the fan reported is the PSU one.
Because the server room is not usually guarded, they can not say how many times does the event occur an a day.
So, accessing to iLO or other places, is possible to get a Log of temperature or fan rotation speed?
Thanks in advance.
Lorenz

Re: Proliant DL360e Gen8
Hi,
thank you very much for your kind reply.
I will check with the customer as soon as possible.
Anyway, does the "Thermal Configuration" parameter controls also the PSU fans?
Thanks in advance.
