Proliant DL380 G3 BugCheck 9C Issue

Hi There, one of my server is showing this bugcheck error in the Event Viewer after a Blue Screen. Attached is the result from windbg.

I did a lot of digging around the internet the pst couple of days trying to find some clue on this. Most that i get was that it's related to hardware (the result itself says so), but that's about all.

Hopefully someone here can help to take a look and advise what could be the issue. I understand that sometimes it's hard to pinpoint directly but at least if we can narrow it down to a component, that would be good enough.

Forgot to add;

The file clearly indicates error is caused by
"afd.sys" file;
