Proliant DL380 G3 ILO No Keyboard & Mouse

Hi, we have 2 remote servers that have their ILO's configured for remote support. There is no keyboard & mouse physically connected & never has been....However, no when we remote into the servers through the ILO, we get no keyboard & mouse....

Any ideas why this would have happened & any quick fixes that I could try?
