Proliant DL380 G4 Hangs.

We have a Proliant DL380 G4 that has started hanging for no reason over the past few months. We had ASR set up and shut it off to see if we could get a dump file to help figure this off, but it just hung and never blue screened. We are going to do an NMI dump force via iLO if it happens again. Another issue if the server is in a remote office so we can't get to it very easy. Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be causeing this? I have seen some post, but no real resolutions so far. Also this server is running Windows Server 2003 Standard, SP2, and with 2 gigs of memory.

Hi Dan,

Try to check the issue by updating PSP (proliant support pack).

You can down load it from www.hp.com
