Proliant DL380 G5 CPU Upgrade

We have a DL380 G5 server with 2) Dual Core Xeon 5148 (2.33GHz) Low Voltage processors. The QuickSpecs sheet also lists a Dual Core Xeon 5160 (3.0GHz)as a possible processor for this server. Aside from the processors (which have already been purchased), what else would I need to do this upgrade? Are new heatsinks required? New VRMs? How can I get part numbers?
