Proliant DL380 G5 gets frozzen
I am running windwos2003+sp2, Exchange2003+sp2 on a Proliant DL380 G5, I have noticed that the srever gets frozzen from time to time.
could you recommend anyway to check what the problem seems to be HW-side , OS+exchange side all seems to be ok.

any special activity when server freezes or just at any time?

any error in integrated management log?
how frequent is it?

do you know of any toolthat I can execute to grab all the logs? or system crashes (HP servre level -HW) so it can be analyzed?

Let me know How Much memory installed in it.
If Mor than 4 gb Then may be the issue.
Bcz Std 2k3 support only upto 4gb.check this & revert.

We have same problem on DL 380 G5, we Run SBS2003, SP2+4GB RAM-PAE switch turned on+Exchange.
All works ok until one job starts..(it works on 40 different server configuration without problems), Pervasive Database used in this job is excluded from antivirus realtime scanning.
No events are recorded, no bluescreen, no dump files created, server just hangs and stays in this status until hard reboot. Only ping command is responsive - nothing else!
We havent tested what happens when Write cache is turned off on Smart Array..will do this today.
Any suggestions?
