Proliant DL380 - Swapping Disk 10k -> 15K

We have a Proliant DL380 G4 with 2 * Ultra320 10K disk but would like to swap to 2 * 15K disk. We`ve tried i but the machine would rebuild the array if we swap one of the disk with a 15k disk.

I it possible to do this ? And if so. How do we do it ?
