Proliant DL380 blue screen

I have a Proliant DL380, running windows 2000 server, which has started to blue screen - 4 so far over the past 2 months.

Here is the error from the HP Managment system
Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x000000D1 (0xF6587236, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xF6587236))

After the first error, the following day we also got a

"Network Adapter Link Down (Slot 0, Port 1)"

It was suggested by HP support to swap out the motherboard. This has been done but we have had a further 3 blue screens. It is being suggested a reinstall of the OS is the next step but before taking that action I wanted to see if anyone had any other ideas

Hi Gary,
the error code indicates that some hardware driver doesn't pass the HCL.
I'd recommend to update to PSP 7.80.
Do you have any non-HP hardware? If yes, install the latest driver version for that device. In case that this doesn't help, uninstall it and remove the device from the system.
Also SP4 for W2000 would be recommended.
