Proliant DL380 g6 won't boot OS after moving drives (NOT OS DRIVE)

Hey,

I've been beating my head on this thing for over a day now, and decided to consult the internet angels ;)

FACTS: DL380 G6 2 Array Controllers

P400 with 2 logical drives.

240GB SSD OS Drive

500GB Data Drive

P410i sitting idle connected to emtpy scsi bays.

Running(was) MS Server 2012 R2 essentials. it was booting fine, Data drive wasnt being used for anything yet. so decided to add another drive to Data array for mirrorring. Deleted the Data Array and created new array with both 500GB drives. Rebooting and OS wont boot now.

OS drive is still there with all its data, checked using live disk.

ORCA states  HP Smart array P400, stot 3

Logical Drive #1, Raid 0, 465.7GB OK    (removed the new drive just one for now)

Logical Drive #2, Raid 0, 223.5 GB OK

No option of selecting as Boot Controller

Boot Disk Test States:

Boot Disk Status: Pass - Disk Present

Boot Disk Ready: Pass

Varify Boot Sector: Pass

So ran HP ProLiant Offline Array Configuration Utility

Shows the Logical Drives

Array A-1 500Gb

Array B-1 240GB SSD

This also gives no option to select controller or logical drive for boot.

Ended up installing Server2012R2 on the other 500GB HDD and it boots fine after installation.

Ran HPE Smart Storage Administrator

still no option sfor selecting boot controler or drives.

wtf am i missing or doing wrong.

Attached are the reports generated from this.

Help is greaatly appreciated.
