Proliant DL380p Gen8 - problems with NIC Agent
Hello,
i installed newest Service Pack with HP inside management agents 10.0.0.0.
the HP insight NIC agent service is stopping and I get error id 1000, faulty application.
another problem is, that in hp smh, the network devices are missing. i try snmp and wbem data source.
can anybody help me, solving this?

HP told me, that this is a problem with HP NCU. Because i didnt use it, i will deinstall.

It is not the NCU. Old NCU software is working fine. HP is still looking to solve this problem.

What operating system? NCU shouldn't be installed on Windows Server 2012 or above... it's deprecated.
Also, what version of the NIC drivers are installed? Make sure it's using the HP versions and not any version that came with Windows. You could try installing just the NIC drivers manually. Without the right HP nic drivers, the NIC agent can't communicate anything.
