Proliant DL380p Gen8
Hi,
I got a Prolaint DL380p Gen8 from my friend, without any hard drive.
I did a factory reset (removed batterie) and did latest fw upgrade, successfull.
Then I resetted the NAND, but I still got
Controller firmware revision 2.10.00 Embedded media manager failed media attach
How can I fix?
Redundant ROM Support
The server enables you to upgrade or configure the ROM safely with redundant ROM support. One side of the ROM contains the current ROM program version, while the other side of the ROM contains a backup version.

Re: Proliant DL380p Gen8
Hi hevilp,
This is an issue of the NAND Flash of the iLO Board. You can format the NAND Flash and reinstall the Intelligent Provisioning software.
Please find the following advisory:
https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=c04996097
Also update the BIOS and ILO firmware to the latest version.
