Proliant DL580 G2-Teaming software

Hi

I currently have a very strange problem.I am pretty good at using the teaming software but have no clue about this.Server has HP NC7170 Dual Gigabit NIC *4.Everytime I team them the network goes down.I assign the HP Team NIC the static IP as usual and when I do a ipconfig /all it all looks fine but I cannot connect to it still via RDP.As soon as I dissolve the teaming its fine.I updated to the latest version of teaming software and updated all the drivers for the NIC's.Any ideas?
