I have both red & green light on my 2 of 3 hdd in raid 5, no other errors server seems to be working fine. what does this mean?

Open Array configuration utility and check for any errors. Most likely your SCSI disk is failed and must be replaced.

Disk was already replaced and rebuild completed ok. No errors reported in ADU. Usually when disk fails, red light is on not both green & red at the same time. I checked in service manual no such condition LED combination is described so I'm stumped.

Also when you remove the disk , there is corresponding red light on the SCSI back plane, also no reference to it in service manual. 2 of my 3 disks are with both red & green lights on.
