Proliant DL580 Internal Storage System Overheating
We use many DL580's onsite. They seem to be getting the following error constantly: Internal Storage System Overheating (Slot 4, Zone Unknown, Location Storage, Temperature Unknown).
This seems to be resolved by replacing the internal drive back plane. The only reason I am questioning this, is that it has happened to almost everyone of our DL580's. A 5300 controller is in slot 4 on the server and all firmware is up to date
