Proliant DL580: use Ultra320?

Hi, I have a DL580 currently with three 10,000 RPM Ultra3 drives in it and want to expand the array. Can I use a newer Ultra320 drive? I am using Compaq Integrated SMART Array Controller. Thanks!

Those drives are supported on the Integrated controller. I would recommend making sure the firmware on the Integrated array is up to date before using these drives though.
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..
