I need a full description of what the driver
"Network teaming virtual mini port driver" does. Is it included in the latest PSP?

It is a driver for virtual network adapter that becomes active when you make a team of 2 or more physical network adapters using HP Network Configuration Utility. It is included in latest PSP as a part of HP Network Configuration Utility for Windows Server.
