Proliant G10 Partitions
I have a Proliant G10 and need to partition the harddrive. It is 1.2 TB total space. We create it with Raid 6 ADG. We need one Partition for the operating system at 200 GB with the rest of the space to the remaining parttion. With the G10 I am unable to create the partitions with these deminision. Although when using the G9 we were able to create it this way. Both are usinge 2012 r2.
Any help would be appriciated
Thank you

Re: Proliant G10 Partitions
Hi,
What changed between Gen9 and Gen10 is the Smart Array Controller and Server itself.
Check if the controller in Gen10 supports this process, some controllers may require firmware update or a cache module.
Thank You!
I am a HPE employee
