Proliant G7 + Esxi 5 / How to monitor RAID

Hi,

I have installed Esxi 5 on a Proliant G7. I would to know how I could monitor my hard drives / RAID status?

I tried iLO but it only shows the connectivity of the drives, I need the health status.

On other servers there is a Storage section in vSphere client where I could check that. I could not find it in the Proliant G7.

Do I have to install a third part software?

Hey, which G7 is it?

If it's an HP smart array controller I believe you need an HP software to monitor the disks. On your other servers maybe the disks are presented directly to the OS and not via a controller / as logical drives?

For example hp-health on Linux can give you information.
