Proliant Gen10 network loss on SPP update

I was attempting to update my Proliant Gen 10 with the latest SPP (09.2020) and during the process lost network connectivity.  The update had not started yet, it was just doing inventory.  I ended up having to reset as even via ILO, though I could get the screen to come up, I couldn't get the keyboard to work.

I've only done 2 prior SPP updates.  It seems like in those cases, there was network loss, but only briefly.  I'm kind of concerned to try this (especially remotely) if it's going to lose network.  Any suggestions?

Hello,

I am not sure how are you updating SPP.

I can suggest you below steps.

1. You can update by directly connecting USB Pen drive.

2. You can update by directly connecting your laptop or desktop to rule out the network.
