Proliant HP ML350 G5 & SCO Openserver 6.0.0

I have an HP ML350 G5 server, with an e200i smart array controller hosting two 146 GB SAS hard disks. I am trying to install SCO Openserver 6.0.0. But it SCO does not like the RAID +01 that comes pre-installed on the server. (In fact SCO generally does not like RAID...unless you purchase a licence) . My problem is I cannot get rid of the RAID so that I have plain hard disks so as to enable SCO Installation. There is no RAID disable flag in the BIOS, the e200i configuration software or even the smart start CDROM's. Please help. (Once, deleted the logical RAID volume gets rebuilt upon reboot!...I have updated the BIOS firmware to no avail).
