Proliant ML 110 G5 Reboots on POST

Hi,

 

We changed the server RAM years ago with NON-ECC memory. We have 2 DIMMS of 2GB, different brand RAM. Anyways, we turn on the server and it boots to OS once in a blue moon. It oftens just turns off and back on forever. Other times it beeps. Any clues?
