Proliant ML 330

I have a Proliant ML 330 in Japan that is giving me problems booting. The last integrated management log I see is this:
Abnormal Program Termination (BugCheck, STOP: 0x0000007A (0xC0300718, 0xC0000185, 0xC01C6FC4, 0x1C3F8884)) which occurred a month ago. I don't know if this error message is related to my problem.
The server begins bootup and indicates it finds the IDE Raid Controller and then hangs on Scanning of Primary Device0 ...
The IDE Raid BIOS Version is 2.5.07251128C.
Any help would be appreciated.

Verify From RAID configuration status on the HDD online or offline, it happens when One Drive fail and prevent system from boot, till failed HDD disconnected. Run CHK DSK for sectors Problem from ERD
