Proliant ML 350 G3 CPU overheated !

CPU with heat sink overheated and noise rear fan spins at very high speed and make that noise although, I have replaced PPM, system motherboard, even processor with heat sink, from while server restart automatically.How can I resolve this problem. Please advice.

Suggest you to installed Latest PSPs. It will help in controlling the FAN Speed.

Can you check for any bugcheck code/stop code in the logs??

the server has Air Conduct for the processor anda memories?

And your enviormental conditions are controlled?
