Proliant ML 570 Sudden reboot Issue
One of our customer has got Proliant ML 570 With Dual Xeon 1 MB cache Processor/ 2 GB/ 5 * 36 GB SCSI on Raid Array 532.
The server is attached with a MP MO drive also. When the customer was trying take back up on MO Drive Media. The server reboots. It has got Windows 2000 Standard Server.
THe error dump is as follows :
STOP : 0x0000001e
Address - ntoskrnl.exe
Begins dump of physical memory
Dumping phsical memory to disk.
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.
The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0x8046bea1, 0x00000000, 0x00000004).
Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.
The device, \Device\Harddisk1\DR1, is not ready for access yet.
This problem is reported once. Now the sever is working fine. Is it a seriuos one or can be ignored.

Re: Proliant ML 570 Sudden reboot Issue
Backup any critical data, then apply the latest Support Pack and Firmware for the System BIOS and RAID Controller. If you can locate the hard drive firmware, you should update that as well.
