With all the patches and Smart Start 7.20 it worked fine !!!
Still Smart Start 7.20 does not allow to install MS SBS2K3 using the Spanish language interface (it provides support only for Windows Server 2k3).
I've tried to run the installation with the english language interface and it did not work because the script generated did not load the drivers for the IDE CD (my MS SBS2k3) is in spanish.
So I've did a manual installation over the failed one and now it works !!!
I hope HP will soon fix smartstart to properly handle SBS2k3 and the spanish user interface.
