Proliant ML110 G5 support for Intel VT-d

The Proliant ML110 G5 has
- Intel Xeon 3200 CPU
- Intel 3200 Chipset
both should support Intel VT-d according to my research on the web.

The BIOS shows only one option to enable support for virtual machines. With this option enabled I can run HVM-guests, however the VT-d doesn't work.

Is there any way to get this working?
