Proliant ML110 Powering down

I have a client that has a newly installed ML110 running 2003 SBS server. It is constantly powering itself down every couple of hours. Power management has been checked, ups is good with no errors.

Any ideas?

Dear Brian,

Win2K3 server must be configured as a DC, I believe your server is yet not configured, that's why it is getting powered down regularly. configure it as a DC by running integrated setup.
