Proliant ML150 power light is amber
I basically have the same problem. Server will not power up. When I plug it in the lights flash green i can hear the fan, then the light goes amber..I have 2 PSU's. I have removed them, removed memory, unplugged all devices, (tapedrive etc...) Replaced battery, still amber light.

I just happen to find a video that someone posted of the issue. Except that my server has 2 power supplies. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EPjQFVe26S0

Re: Proliant ML150 power light is amber
I have another question. I found the jumper to reset the CMOS. It is 3 pins with a jumper on 2 of them. Do I just remove the jumper, or do I move it over one to jump the other pin?
