Proliant ML310e Gen8 Intelligent Provisioning Firmware update error

Proliant ML310e Gen8 Intelligent Provisioning Firmware update for Intelligent Provisioning, using Intelligent Provisioning, throws a "File not found" error, after downloading and attempting to flash the image.

File "/usr/lib64/python2.6/gzip.py",line 79,in__init__ fileobj = self.myfileobj = __builtin__.open(filename, mode or 'rb')
IOError: (Errno 2) No such file or directory: '/tmp/flash_update/gaius.img.gz'

This is for Intelligent Proisioning image version 1.63.

How are you accessing the recovery image ISO?  Virtual Media using iLO, burn to DVD media, or boot from USB stick.  If the later, did you use the USB Key utility included in the ISO image? Usually when there is an issue it is booting from USB and the HPE utility wasn't used to create the bootable image

Re: Proliant ML310e Gen8 Intelligent Provisioning Firmware update error

I said that I accessed it using intelligent provisioning. I also have since installed the latest proliant service pack. I just tried it again, again using the intelligent provisioning to download the image, with the same result.
