Proliant ML330 G2

I have a prolaint ML330 G2.
Very often System is halting and I'm getting this blue sceern with this message...

"NMI:Parity Check/Memory Parity Error"

What can be the problem ?

the memory of your server is out of order, opens the cover and controls if close to the bench of the ram there is an ignited orange light, if the ram is ignited in the illuminated bench is out of order and must open one called of guarantee towards HP.
