Proliant ML350 G1 with smart array 221 controller

Hello,

I'm trying to install w2k3 server on a Compaq Proliant ML350 G1 with a smart array 221 controller.
My problem is that there aren't any drivers that work with the setup of w2k3 server. During setup I get the message that there are no hard drives.
During startup I get a message to run the arrar configuration utility, but when I do this I recieve an error message that there isn't found any drives.
I tried about 30 different drivers that I downloaded from hp.com en compaq.com site
and put them on a floppy.
Nothing will work.
Who can and wants to help me??

Use HP Smart Start CD
In folder \punchout is file w2k3drvs.bat
run it or copy all mentioned files to floppy and use during installation process

than use F6 and load manually

HDD HP or COMPAQ Branded ?
hot plug or not ? Jumper for ID ??

can you connect SCSI cable to onboard and verify if you can see HDD ?

221 faulty ?

Just in case if you copying Driver after download = you need to extract it to floppy
