Proliant ML350 G2 installation problem

I am unable to install windows2k3 server on my proliant ML 350 G2 server.The problem is it cannt boot from the harddisks. i have used the smart start version 5.5 with that it creats the raid volume but after copying the windows file it starts the windows setup again n again.
