Proliant ML350 G3 - need to move to larger disks
Smart Array Controller 641
RAID 1+0
I have 2 x 72gb hard disks mirroring each other and need to move to 146gb ones as I am running out of disk space.
What steps must I follow to clone over to larger disks please. Do I have to change the array to do this ?
I have Acronis True Image Server v9 and v10 on bootable CDs if needed.
Step by Step instructions would be really appreciated please.

Re: Proliant ML350 G3 - need to move to larger disks
I tried cloning to a larger hard disk twice using Acronis v9 and also tried v10. I thought it would be a simple task using a bootable CD of Acronis True Image Server. With a 73gb and another of 146gb and with the array set to Mirror (1 + 0) I thought I would be able to clone the 73gb to the 146gb one. But it responded it couldn't clone as there was only one disk present.
I had previously tried it with the array off (0). Then the Acronis True Image did show two different drives and I thought the process was starting but nothing ever showed in the Progress bar. Despite leaving it running overnight, nothing was cloned.
Despite trawling through the internet, I've not found a solution to what seems to me to be a regular task.
Any help would be appreciated please.
