Proliant ML350 G4P - Dlink DGE-560T Nic Card + Reboot Problems

I have been reading the forums in search of an answer to this problem and think I may have it narrowed down to a unsupported nic card. Here is what happens:

I place the nic card in the server, Windows 2003 Server finds the nic and sets everything up properly. When I go to reboot the computer, the system restarts with a "PCI Bus Parity Error". The only way the system will boot properly again is to switch the nic card to a different slot. Of course when this happens Windows 2003 finds the nic all over again and sets it up. If the server is rebooted, the same error occurs.

Here is the network card I choose to use. http://www.dlink.com/products/?sec=2&pid=406

Any suggestions or comments?

Hello seinmind,

If you have tried the card in every slot, then i would suggest not to use the card on this proLiant.
