Proliant ML350 G5, no ILO 2 access from BIOS

Good day everybody
After upgrading BIOS using Smart Update Firmware DVD firmware-9.20B-0 (automatic update), I have lost ILO2 (no ping, no WEB connection, also I can not enter ILO utility from BIOS pressing F8). I tried to install it manually but without success. Also it takes more than 7 minutes from turning on the power till ProLiant logoscreen appears.
What shall I do in this situation?

You should roll back to your previous update. If ILO is restored, you have the cause.
