Proliant ML350 [with Pentium III] : fan stop

Hello,
I have a Proliant ML350 [with Pentium III] under Fedora 3 and the fan run all the time [and it does big noise]. It's normal ?

The only one way how to manage fan speed is to load system management driver, I'm not sure if you can find one (I'm not a LNX expert), however you can search from or wait till someone confirm if it's posibly

BIOS update and Managment driver will help to resolve. I am not sure management driver will be there for Fedora.

try to install PSP for RHEL 4, it might help
