Proliant ML350

Can anyone tell me if I need one or two memory modules in a Proliant ML350 as someone has decided to remove ours.
I would be grateful for any response.

All versions of the ML350 require memory to be added as a single module
finis coronat opus - "The End Crowns The Work".
