Proliant ML350G3 Server

Ive been lobbed with a server with no manual, cant find it on HP's website but one of the drives is flashing red. Ive checked all connections and they seem ok, does this mean the drive is on the way out? Thanks

If the disk is flashing RED, it means someone is accessing the Array configuration Utiltity or the disk is end of life.
