Proliant ML350g4p SCO 5.0.7 cannot actvate CPU2

Need help,

I run 1. SCO 5.0.7 ent.
2. 25 usr lic.
3. HP EFS 5.770a
4. SMP
5. mp5

on

ML350G4p + 2xXeon + SA6402

mpstat show me : cpu1 active
cpu2 inactive

cpuonoff -a 2 : cannot activate cpu2

Hi Igor,

I don't know a lot about SCO 5.0.7 but I have read some issues like this regarding Hyperthreading being enabled in the BIOS.

Is it possible that Hyperthreading is causing this issue? If so it can be disabled in the BIOS.

Hyperthreading is not problem. I have tried several time to change parameters in bios (hyperthreadnig, usb controllers, NIC cards) ...) with new installation but no results.

Something is wrong but I don't know what ???

On HP & SCO site server + software are certified. (thrue for only one processor).

Now, i'm in deep throuble.
