I have the same error. The server reboots at any time a day once every one to two weeks.
Error code 0000000a, parameter1 00000016, parameter2 d000001b, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 808427e1.

Have you got PSP 7.80 installed? In that case, try follow the advices on that thread (uninstall agents, or downgrade NIC drivers)

trouble was caused by panda driver netfltdi.sys. panda support knew about the problem but couldn't offer a solution except for advising me to remove that file from C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers. so i did and everything went fine until we recently upgraded panda (AdminSecure) to version 4.01.10 (and got back our netfltdi.sys). same procedure as last year.
maybe this solution will do for you...
