Proliant ML370 G5 will not install network card

Seeking help in installing network card. I loaded the software support pack, downloaded driver directly from broadcom, had an HP tech send me 3 kinds of drivers to no avail. The Windows 2003 32bit will not see the embeded network card. HP support thinks it maybe a bad motherboard. They are sending me a replacement. I am not sure that that is the issue. I think it maybe an issue of my 3 pci cards in the system conflicting. I have 2 array controller cards and one scsi card.
Suggestions?
In the bios I can see the network card.

is it a fresh installation of W2003? I mean the NIC card was there at suddenly disappeared?

these NIC cards NC373i the embbeded ones have been having some issues

so try this install PSP 7.7 which includes an old driver that helps

also try this driver in case PSP continues with the same issue driver

why do you say that the PCI cards are the issue I mean have you try removing one one of them and check the NIC card or ...?
